Camden Early Help
Camden Early Help is part of a big tapestry of services and supports for families in Camden. The organization has primarily focused on providing early intervention for families who want to make a change or need support and helping to make sure families can get help early in the life of problems.
Opportunity
Since the COVID has had a lasting influence on society and families, Camden Early Help wants to make sure that service models are designed in the right way to give families the help they want or need post the pandemic. To better understand the family, Camden Council launched the family change maker project to design support for families after COVID. We were co-working with these amazing families to deliver our vision and prototype the concepts with them, to make sure the help we design is “good” for them.
Outcome
The design team released “The 4E Plan”, a circular and iterative model. We believe that with enough iterations of Encourage - Empathies - Express, a child can truly be Empowered.
